THE BUDDHIST TEACHING THE TEN GOOD Kamma.10. Thich Tam Chau's Ten Thien Nghiep Dao Kinh Translation (3). *** The Buddha's Sutra on Teaching the Practice of the Ten Good Karmas I heard this: Once, the Buddha was staying in the palace of the Dragon King Takate-la, together with a great assembly of monks, eight thousand and thirty-two thousand great monks. All bodhisattvas practice to the full. At that time, the World-Honored One said to the Dragon King: -Because the minds of all sentient beings are different, their karma is also different. Hence, there is movement in the lines. Hey Dragon King! Do you see different kinds of forms in this assembly and in the sea? All of this is accomplished by the mind creating the karma of the body, the karma of the mouth, the karma of the mind, either good or bad. But the mind has no form, can't be perceived, is just an illusion, arising from the aggregate of dharmas, there is absolutely no master, no self, and the ego all depend on karma, so they appear differently, but there is no real subject in it. Therefore, all dharmas are inconceivable, self-nature as illusory. A wise person who knows this should practice good karma. Therefore, the aggregates, bases, and elements should be born, all beautiful, and not boring to the eye. Hey Dragon King! Look at the form of the Tathagata's body! This body is born from hundreds of thousands of kotis of merits and virtues. The generals are dignified, the light shining brightly covers the entire assembly. Even the countless myriads of billions of light of the Heavens of Freedom and Brahma could not manifest themselves. Anyone who contemplates that body of the Tathagata is also dazzled. He looked again at the wonderful, dignified, and pure forms of these great Bodhisattvas. All are born from the merit of practicing good karma. Again, the eight sets of gods, dragons ... have great power also due to the merits and virtues of good karma born. Now there are ugly forms, either large or small, of sentient beings in the ocean, all of which are caused by all kinds of thoughts of mind, body, mouth, and mind that create unwholesome karma. Therefore, depending on the karma, they all receive the results themselves. Now you should practice like this, also make sentient beings understand the principle of cause and effect, and practice good karma together. For that, you should have a right view of not moving, not falling into the path of cessation of view or of permanent view. For the merit fields should be happy to make offerings. Therefore, they are also respected and offered offerings by people and gods. Hey Dragon King! You should know that the bodhisattva has a dharma that can cut off suffering in all the evil paths. What is that French? That is, day and night often remember to think, think, contemplate the good dharma, make the good dharma increase in each thought, do not allow any evil karma to interfere. This can make all evils come to an end, the good dharma is fulfilled, and we can often be close to the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and other holy assemblies. Called that good dharma, that is, the gods, the people, the Bodhisattva-Sravaka, the Solitary Bodhi Bodhi, the Bodhi-Buddha. All rely on this dharma as the basis to be accomplished, so it is called good dharma. This Dharma is the ten good deeds. What are the ten good karma?
